UI/UX design
Product design and interface systems — research, flows, and design systems — built alongside the engineering, not handed off to it.
The constraint
Design handed off as static files loses half its meaning by the time it is built. We design inside the same team that ships, so the interface answers real states — empty, loading, error, edge case — not just the happy path in a mockup.
Who it is for
- Founders who need a credible first design, not a placeholder
- Products where the interface is the differentiator
- Teams retiring an interface nobody trusts anymore
What we build
- Product research and user flows
- Wireframes and high-fidelity UI
- Design systems and component libraries
- Accessibility and responsive design
- Prototype testing before the build
Stack
- Figma
- Next.js
- React
- Tailwind CSS
How we work
01
Discovery
We sit with the problem: users, constraints, existing systems, and what “done” actually means.
02
Strategy
Architecture, scope, and a sequence that ships value before it ships theatre.
03
Design
Interfaces and flows that are quiet, legible, and built for the people who will live in them.
04
Build
Clean code, tests, and weekly visibility. You own everything we write.
05
Launch
Deploy, observe, and harden. Stores, domains, analytics, and the boring details that keep nights quiet.
06
Hold
Maintenance, iteration, and productization when a custom system is ready to become a product.
Questions
Do you do design-only projects, or only design plus build?
Both. Design-only engagements are common for teams with their own engineers; we design with the same rigor we would use if we were shipping it ourselves.
Do you build a design system, or just screens?
For anything beyond a single landing page, a small design system — tokens, components, states — pays for itself within a few screens.
How do you handle accessibility?
As a design requirement, not a QA afterthought: contrast, focus order, and keyboard paths are part of the review before anything ships.
