Station Eight Labs

Services

Admin panels

Internal tools for staff, ops, and finance — permissions, audit trails, and screens that match the work.

The constraint

If staff work around the admin, the admin is the bug. We design the console as a first-class product.

Who it is for

  • Marketplaces
  • Clinics and schools
  • Any product with an ops team

What we build

  • Role-based consoles
  • Moderation and KYC queues
  • Catalog and order tools
  • Export and audit logs
  • Embedded analytics

Stack

  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Node.js

How we work

  1. 01

    Discovery

We sit with the problem: users, constraints, existing systems, and what “done” actually means.

  2. 02

    Strategy

Architecture, scope, and a sequence that ships value before it ships theatre.

  3. 03

    Design

Interfaces and flows that are quiet, legible, and built for the people who will live in them.

  4. 04

    Build

Clean code, tests, and weekly visibility. You own everything we write.

  5. 05

    Launch

Deploy, observe, and harden. Stores, domains, analytics, and the boring details that keep nights quiet.

  6. 06

    Hold

Maintenance, iteration, and productization when a custom system is ready to become a product.

Questions

How long does a first release take?

Most first releases land in 4–12 weeks, depending on scope. We cut to a version that can be used, not a version that only looks finished.

Do we own the code?

Yes. Source, accounts, and infrastructure stay in your name. We are a station, not a lock-in.

Can you work with our existing stack?

Usually yes. We prefer to extend what already holds rather than rewrite it for sport.
